His government and peace will have unlimited growth. In part of Jesus' long farewell talk to His disciples He talked about His peace being different to that of the world. Peace I leave with you; My peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.
Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus, the prophet Isaiah promised a Saviour.
